Sri Goswami Tulsidas Educational Society: The Genesis Tulsi Vidya Niketan (run under the aegis of Sri Goswami Tulsidas Educational Society) started in 1970 with 02 students in the rented house of Prof. Ramshankar Singh, (Ex. Professor of English, BHU) till Class IV and later shifted to the house of Late. Prof. Gopal Tripathi, Ex. Professor of IT, BHU. The school was started by Late. Prof. Veer Bhadra Mishra and a group of IT, BHU Professors. Later the school was shifted to Nagwa, Lanka on leased land and subsequently land was purchased by the Society. Current building with state-of-art facility has 2700 students and more than 100 staff. I was the first batch of the school. Sri Goswami Tulsidas Educational Society - Inception to present: First President of Sri Goswami Tulsidas Educational Society was Prof. M. Sengupta, Later Late Prof. G. Rajsekar and Prof. Veni Madhav Shukla ji discharged the responsibility of President of the Society. Currently Prof. S.N. Upadhyaya, Ex. Director, IIT-BHU is president of Society. Mathur Office of Sri Goswami Tulsidas Educational Society has been established at Sarvapriya Vihar, New Delhi in 2023. New Campus of the school is also being planned. 10 acres of land has been purchased in Chitauni, Bacchaw, Varanasi.
